Karin is a seasoned and all round Management Consultant with over 30 years’ of HR experience ranging from leading and managing HR functions to enhance business performance for Multinational Corporations, Start-ups and Medium-Sized Enterprises in China and Asia Pacific Region.
She has proven track record in organizational development, change management, talent acquisition and management, employee engagement, succession planning, team building and coaching. She is skillful in communicating and motivating people with diversified cultural backgrounds and specialized in developing strategies and solutions to upgrade individual and business performance.
Karin held a wide range of key postings such as Group Human Resources Director and Chief Human Resources Officer. In her HR career, she gained extensive experience working with IBM, Ericsson, Schmidt Group, Citrix Systems and Asia Pacific Land at Corporate and Executive levels.
She holds a MBA and a Master degree in Human Resource Management. She is a member of several professional organizations including the Institute of Management Consultants, The Society of Human Resource Management, The Assessment & Development Centre, The International Association of Facilitators, The Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership, The Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association and Hong Kong Mediation Alliance. She has been teaching as a part-time lecturer at the Hong Kong University Space since 2011 covering Human Resource Management and Management subjects.
Karin has been serving the Children’s Cancer Foundation as a volunteer for over 20 years with the last position as Board Member and Fund Raising Chairman. She is the Vice President of the H.K. Mediation Alliance actively promoting workplace mediation to Hong Kong and China Community.
Karin is passionate in working with people and exceptionally competent in inspiring, coaching and empowering individuals to maximize their potentials to achieve desirable goals and peak performance.
