Position: Sales Associate/Sales Consultant

Job responsibilities and competence

 

Sales Management (80%) - develop and expand the training and consulting markets in Hong Kong and China via well managed sales cycles:

  • Generate sales leads and prospects from new and existing channels

  • Conduct prospecting on regular basis and make sales appointments with new prospects 

  • Manage prospects and clients in a systematic, timely and progressive manner, e.g. direct approach, follow-up calls, emails, marketing materials, presentations

  • Write proposals, manage progress and close the deals


Project Execution and Account Management (20%) - work closely with Lead Consultant and act as Project Manager for each project assigned:

  • Collaborate with our associates and partners on resourcing and project delivery

  • Support the Lead Consultant or Associates in meetings, events or during service delivery periods 

  • Provide sufficient and accurate administration work


The Person

  • University graduate preferred

  • 1-3 years of working experience with background in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Training or Consulting preferred but not a must

  • Track record in generating sales revenues 

  • Experience in selling services or solutions 

  • Passionate, mature, bold and curious in nature 

  • Maintain a positive momentum and appreciate autonomy and results 

  • Proficient in English and Chinese 

  • Well versed with Western and Chinese culture is a plus
