Anthony Wong is a veteran HR professional with close to 20 years of Human Resources Management and Training experience in Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific Region. He is well versed in the full spectrum of HR and has been a strategic leader and professional trainer at various renowned multinational organizations.

Anthony has profound experience as the department head of HR and training at Nestle, Sony, Avery Dennison, Johnson Electric and Hutchison Whampoa. He has accumulated solid experience in recruiting, managing and developing talents, and is an expert in rewards management, employee engagement, performance management, change management and mentoring.

Anthony is currently the Associate Consultant at Radix. He is also the Managing Consultant at SIMCO Solutions, and an instructor at HKUST, HKU SPACE and Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management where he develops and conducts trainings on Leadership, Change Management, Organization Design, Performance Management, Communication, Presentation, Problem Solving and Rewards Management.

Anthony graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology with a BBA degree, and got his master degree from the University of Hong Kong. He is a professional member of the HKIHRM and a DDI and FranklinCovey certified facilitator.
